Fulfillment Associate

Contract Duration: 3 months

Location: Onsite in Austin, TX

Pay $21.33 - $22.85 W2

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing filings and document orders with state government agencies
  • Develops knowledge of the company's product line, internal systems, processes, and jurisdictional regulations to serve clients effectively.
  • Handles incoming questions and issues related to products and services.
  • Reviews and processes incoming requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contributes to customer satisfaction and overall company success.
  • Participates in department-wide process improvement initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 1+ year of administrative, customer service, processing, or production experience required.
  • Data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team-oriented professional with strong multitasking abilities, independent work skills, and proficiency in computer applications
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining an integral part of the team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy.
